"On thursday I Spend $550 on a wakeboard and paid extra to have it shipped in 1-5 days, Monday night Boardco sent me an email saying the board they have is not in stock, even though it was on there website. The board was a 2016 model and I tried to purchase it in 2017. I called them the next day to see if I could at least get a 2017 model of the board, It turns out that they actually don't carie the 2017 ones either. customer service told me "Right now we are unorganized with our inventory and the even our pro team riders can't get the boards they want." so I would not ever use this site if you actually want to receive the product you are buying."
"Please read the shipping instructions. don't send to an alternate address and don't pay extra for faster shipping. Still waiting to see what I ordered as I relied on their response about getting an order to an alternate address on time. Then try and get them to fix the mess, no help. So I will pay for my order plus the added shipping cost and pay to have everything shipped to my address since it did not arrive at the alternate location on time.

I received the watch within the promised three days and was sorely disappointed when I opened the box. The watch had a scratch on the band and seemed to be discolored on the bezel. But just as promised they accepted my return with no problems. They sent me a return call tag via email and even shipped out the replacement watch before they received the returned one. "I paid 45 dollars including shipping for a Hyperlite Galaxy S4 Bamboo Case (for a smartphone). It didn't even last three months. Whenever my son tried to take it off his phone, huge chunks of plastic broke off the side of the case. When I complained to Boardco.com, this was their reply:
"Thank you for your email! Unfortunately Phone Cases do not have a warranty from Hyperlite, since the case is designed to take the impact of a drop, or other damage instead of the phone. We would be more than happy to offer a discount on a new case if you are wanting to order another one. I apologize for the inconvenience of the case breaking."
In other words, they are selling a piece of garbage and refuse to support or replace it.
Do yourself a favor and buy a real case from a real company."

That has come and gone. It has been 15 days since purchase and nothing. Now I am just going to my Credit Card to do a charge back. "I ordered a Nixon Shutter on a Friday night and when they got in the office on Monday I got a phone call telling me that the shutter I ordered was on back order and they gave me a 5% discount for my next order! They were very helpful and nice. I believe his name was Bryan or Ryan (can't remember) but he made a few suggestions on other watches that were similar to the one I wanted and I ended up getting a shutter in another color and they still got it shipped out to me overnight that day and I had it Tuesday!! I would recommend them to anyone."
"sketchy as hell. Will not buy from again...I purchased a nixon 51-30 from them online from boardco.com for two reasons. 1. they are an authorized nixon dealer and 2. the free overnight shipping on orders over $300. I receive my order 4 days after it was placed. I open the packaging and I see the outside cover of the nixon box as the matte black/gold that I ordered. I take the cover off and inside is a ANTIQUE COPPER/ Black nixon 51-30 watch....I call board co up and the surfer dude blames nixon for the apparent mix up saying they get all they watches new in box and its not their fault. Well they have a 48 hour policy for return shipping. I spoke with ryan on the phone last night about the matter and said I would be getting an email concerning return shipping that night. That did not happen, so i called this morning as they opened twice and nobody answers. I call an hour later and someone picks up, I ask for return shipping to be sent to my email so I can get the matte black/gold 51-30 and they say they can do it right now because their internet is down. Are you Serious?!.....He said it should be up in a few hours and if it isnt im getting a full refund. Their service is lousy and they keep making excuses for their problems. I truly believe that they did not have the item in stock in the first place and are just stalling until they get it in....very unprofessional, also they dont respond to your emails... will updeate review once everything is resolved.. I could have bought the same watch from another reputible online dealer and have it right today but instead with www.boardco.com Ill have to wait a total of 2 weeks plus to get it right... thanks boardco

I finally received return shipping 3 days after first requesting it. Sent the product back immediately for a full refund. Got sent an email 1 day after they received the product back saying I was fully refunded, processed, and issued. I checked my bank and no refund has been sent in from them. I shoot them back an email back to make sure they issued it. Two days later from that email I finnaly get my full refund.... Dealing with these guys is a big hassle. I would look elsewhere before buying from them."
