Con's: Their shipping charges are outrageous so if you take that into account, you're better off buying locally for items you can find."

"I recently purchased 200 shot glasses for my daughters wedding. On the website while designing these wording for the glasses everything was fully legible and the font looked great. What I received was 200 useless shot glasses with font so small it was unreadable. Even difficult to read with a magnifying glass. I instantly contacted them as I was shocked that when they even printed the first one-- they should have stopped to contact me as anyone who would have received this order would clearly be disappointed. I offered to pay the difference to upgrade to a larger glass if that were needed in order to make the font readable. They refused, they basically said unless the glasses were shipped broken.. I had no recourse. Will never to business with them again... Buyers beware-- that the place you should purchase from!"

While it may be ok to shop direct from their warehouse , I would suggest NOT having them send you anything if you are not local. The lack of customer service or speedy resolution is appalling! "I bought 2 sets of BarConic 9.5oz Monument Collins glasses (12 total). After running them a few times through the dishwasher with perfect settings, they turned totally cloudy. None of my other glasses that were washed the exact same way shows any cloudiness/etching. To be sure it wasn't the water, I cleaned them with vinegar, Lemon Shine and Lime Away but none of it made a difference.

I then approached Barproducts.com customer service. After explaining the problem and sending them pictures, they said they can't do anything about it.

I wouldn't buy from this company again since they don't seem to stand behind their products."

Ordered 48 stemless martini glasses. Got them sent to my sisters house for an event. After a couple weeks went buy we still hadn't received the items. Finally I call and the customer service rep tells me I sent it to the wrong city. I assured her I didn't then she says the that the address didn't exist and the delivery person was unable to deliver. I explained to her that it in fact did, then she proceeds to say that she googled the zipcode and it was the wrong city. So after going back in forth she says that they tried to contact me by leaving a note. How can you leave a note at a house that didn't exist? She then says that to reship it I have to pay $10. So after initially paying $70 for some glasses, not receiving them, then not being contacted or given a refund I also have to pay to get my original item. I am livid. This is the worst company I've ever bought anything from. Terrible customer service as well as no communication. I urge you do not waste your time.

"I never got my order. Call customer service, they ask for which company, it's a customer service clearing house that tells you have to wait 30 days to file a claim. They probably print out a cheap Paypal label with a free tracking number and that clears them and Paypal decided in their favor and you don't have the product you paid for. Good luck. The web site sucks too, there is no way to find your order after you place it. Either the owner or his employees are printing labels with tracking numbers and not sending items out.
