"I received a Canon EOS 20D with 580 EX flash in about 3-4 days after ordering. I did have to listen thru the obligatory attempt to get me to order a bunch more stuff, but I pretty much expected that. The camera and flash arrived as expected and I am very pleased with them."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - 5 Days after ordering Sony DSC-R1 camera, the order tracking still said "In Process". I called customer service, they said all address and billing info was in order, yet I talk to talk to the "order confirmation" dept. This was an attempt to sell me a warranty/accessory package which I politely said no. After the pitch I was informed that this was a Grey market camera and had no warranty (despite this being advertised as having a manufacturers USA warranty). After declining I was informed it would be at least 2 weeks before it shipped. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
