Their prices aren't the lowest but close, their customer service makes up for the few dollars extra you pay on an item. I've spent at least 10 minutes on the phone with them each time I've called and they were friendly and honestly answered all my questions. Great place!"
"The website is very good & pricing is very competitive. I ordered 2 seats of Loftware with parallel port keys, but they sent the usb keys instead. I specifically wanted the parallel keys as they are less apt to be damaged or taken. Customer service was polite and said all the right things on the phone, but never followed through. I was promised returned phone calls that never happened. Everything had to be re-explained to each new contact I made. In the end, I wasted way too much time trying to get them to come to any conclusion to justify any cost savings. If they had just said, 'hey, we made a mistake, but we can't do anything else' I would have been satisfied, but they just dropped the ball. And no, I never did get the correct order...finally just gave up."
