"We ordered 10 x Star Printers for our two restaurants so we could get our Clover system set-up by the 4th of July. The BB Team made sure we had the correct kitchen and bar printers and ... they arrived in 2 Days as promised!
The outdoor party decks were up and running in time for the 4th of July weekend.

"We've been buying our bar code printers and scanners from Barcode Bonanza for 15 years. As our business has expanded, the Barcode Bonanza team has always made sure we had the right products and proper tech support to set them up.
We needed a Zebra Printer last week and was advised of the supply chain crunch. But these guys were able to get me the printer (not sure how) I needed overnighted and my warehouse didn't skip a beat!

"Ordered printer wrong one showed up, talked to Mathew whom said he would send the right one upon the wrong ones return. Paid in total $788.63. Second printer showed up and it was supposedly the right one. Never looked because it showed up in an opened unsealed box (all factory seals removed). The box had one piece of tape acting as a seal with the number 99 on it. This was not a factory seal. I sent it back of which I have a delivered receipt showing it was returned. Seven days have now passed and I have yet to receive my refund. Upon checking into this guy Mathew I find that he is using a UPS store for his company address. This seems to be one man operating as nothing more than a drop shipper. I have filed a fraud case with my card holder in hopes to recover my lost funds as this guy Mathew seems to have no intention of returning my money at this point. Two emails have gone unanswered along with messages not returned. I gave him until today to refund my money or I would escalate my attempts to retrieve it including this review that he has earned. He claims to sell only new unopened item, clearly this is not the case. I have photos to back my claim along with several unanswered emails sent concerning this matter."
