Placed order on Friday afternoon, and was told I would have a tracking # Monday morning. When I made contact Tuesday morning asking where the product was and why I did not receive a tracking #, I did not receive a response until the package was delivered Tuesday afternoon.......almost sounded like an attempt to imply that it had already been delivered, and that my inquery was unfounded.
They did however, catch a mistake I had made during order placement. I had originally purchased an upgrade, and should have/meant to purchase the full suite of software. They were quick to catch, and help remedy.
