"Placed an order on 8-20-12 and was told it would ship out within a couple of days....today is 9-12-12 and I’m still waiting for my products. I've called and spoke with customer service reps numerous times and they keep telling me it will ship out within a couple of days also. One time they thought it already shipped out and they would look into it and provide a tracking # and call me back....which never happened, I had to call them back a couple of days later to find out that no it had not shipped out and was still on backorder. Now today I get an email from Barcode which reads “Thank you for your order. How did we do?” Really???? Where is my stuff????? UPDATE!!! I was just about to hit send and I get a call saying that I received something in from Barcode....yea!!! No, not yea! I ordered two parts and was charged for two parts...but only received one!!!! I'm done…. returning this one and canceling my order. Thanks Barcode."
