"Absolutely poor customer service. Called on 02/27/12 to check status. Told for some reason product has not shipped and that a refund might be necessary. I was to receive a call that day with more info. No Call. Called back 02/29/12 and was told that Megan was on another call and directed to her voicemail. The strange thing is the website(along with several other affiliated sites) currently shows product in stock and available for same day shipping. Maybe some of the resources used to create an endless number of sites selling the same products could be redirected into better customer service.
