Needless to say it was the wrong one. I find out that it is not returnable. It was a box that is not sealed and the ribbon is in its original unopened plastic bag. Starting with the credit department for taking so long to approve the STATE OF ALABAMA to the service rep sitting on the order from approval date (really?) to shipping date. Not a happy customer in that my staff and store had to loose customers and waste time because of a 17 day order time.
