"We aren't very happy. I ordered a ribbon for a Star printer online. On the order I stated the model of the printer and wanted you to make sure it was the right one. Needless to say it was the wrong one. I find out that it is not returnable. It was a box that is not sealed and the ribbon is in its original unopened plastic bag. There was no external seal on the box. I don't have the invoice number right here in front of me."

When I got back from being out of the office on the and realized the 21st and the unit had STILL not arrived I was a tad disappointed in the customer service. Starting with the credit department for taking so long to approve the STATE OF ALABAMA to the service rep sitting on the order from approval date (really?) to shipping date. Not a happy customer in that my staff and store had to loose customers and waste time because of a 17 day order time.
Follow-up...There was a very nice follow-up to the ordering issue and suffice it to say I am very satisfied that this was an anomaly in their standard process. I look forward to doing business with Barcode again! and Thank you!!!"
