"I had ordered an LS 3000 box. When I placed the order the girl couldn't answer my questions about the box. So I ordered it, had it shipped overnight for $40 and went to install the next day and it wouldn't work. To ship it back would have been shipping once again and a 20% restock charge. Now I'm sending the box somewhere else paying shipping both ways and $150 to have it programed. So I lost money on this purchase. Could have bought it from this other company and programed for $375 and $20 shipping. Right now I will have close to $500 in it."
