"Even with a lot of time spent on the phone with a sales rep to be sure I was getting a POS system that would work with the equipment I was buying, it didn't. Then I got on the phone with someone else who said I totally just needed this other system. So I bought that. It didn't work either. First sales rep asks me, "Why dod you buy that?" Well, because Barcodesinc said it would work! The return process took three tries, because at that point you are not dealing with Barcodes, but with their wholesaler. Also, I've been getting notices about a new order I placed, but it isn't my order, just the person's name is the same as mine. Not the company, or the address, just the name, but Barcodesinc's people are having trouble making the distinction. Would not recommend this company.

***Edit*** After writing this review a manager reached out to me and I was able to get my original equipment returned and credited. The Senior Sales Manager was very responsive and courteous. One more star for that!"
