"We've had a good relationship with Barcodes Inc over the years. Our rep is responsive and proactive most of the times. There are a few slips here and there though, and especially with this order. A lot of miscommunication happened - Barcodes' purchasing team did not properly send payment over to Zebra repair (they had the wrong email address?), even though we were ensured payment had been sent and repairs were underway. It took over a week to sort this out. Barcodes is trying to remedy this problem and expediting the repairs, but it should not have happened in the first place. The reason why we sent our Zebra repair order through Barcodes was to help expedite the process, not delay it. It's now been over 2 weeks since we initially sent our equipment to Barcodes, and repairs have only begun. Overall, we have a good relationship with our rep, but I am not impressed with this latest gap in performance.

* Update * Despite the earlier inconvenience, Barcodes was able to ensure the timely delivery of our printers. I was very happy of this and am appreciative that Barcodes put in the extra effort to fix any mistakes made. Thanks!"

"When searched online Friday for product, nowhere was in written battery not included. Called and placed the order with sales rep as Saturday delivery was required. Expressed the urgent need for the scanners. When the products arrived there were no batteries making the scanners useless. When a call was placed 1st thing Monday morning (7:00 A.M.) it took until after 12:00 noon to receive a return call. The sales rep took the order for the batteries and apologized for not noticing the batteries not included. The funny thing is I have a print out from Friday of the online item, and nowhere does it say batteries not included. Then I look on the same page Monday afternoon and it is now in the description. Long story short I lost 2 days on the project and had to pay 2 overnight shipping charges."
