"I only needed an inexpensive cable, but you would have thought that I was buying an item for $10,000. The customer service rep went out of his way to help me find the exact item i was looking for. He even did was he said he would do! Which is rare these days. He ask me to take a photo of the cable I had and email to him and he would then call me back and let me know what I needed. I did it...AND HE CALLED ME BACK. These guys are great!"

"My battery in my RazorV3 would not except a charge so I ordered one from Bargaincell and they sent me one right away. It came fully charged I installed it and it worked perfect. When the battery needed charging, it would not take a charge. I called Bargaincell and they sent me another one with no hassle. They also sent me a self addressed label to send the supposedly bad one back. I installed the second one, ran the battery down, and it too would not except a charge. I then checked the phone and found out, the problem was in the cable connection. I fixed the problem and both batteries took a charge OK. Not wanting to take advantage of Bargaincell I called them and explained, I was embarrassed to say the problem was with my phone connection and not their batteries. I ask them to charge me for the second battery and I will keep it also. They said keep it at no charge. YOU BET, I WOULD RECOMMEND Batterycell TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS WHAT THEY SELL. THAT IS WHAT I CALL PUTTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST.
