"I would love to provide an invoice number, but I never received a receipt from this merchant. This was one of the MANY problems I had within the month of one-sided coorespondance. Basically they provide box-set DVDs for great prices. I bought the Baby Einstein 26 disc collection. The only evidance of a transaction was a paypal notification saysing that my money was transfered. I emailed the merchand and requested a receipt. I never got one. Within a couple of weeks, I was curious where my package was, so I emailed and called. No one answered the phone, so I left a message. A week later I still havent received a receipt, a phone call back, or an email. After I send a somewhat threatening email to get my money back, I finally get a response saying that they backordered the discs. About a month later, I still havent received anything so I checked my paypal account and they ended up refunding my payment. There was no email, no return phone calls(after I left 3 messages with my number), and no receipt. The entire transaction was a joke. Dont buy from this merchant. Rarely do I write reviews, but I wanted to save someone else from the frustration I felt."
