"The website gave a production time, after proof approval, they gave a different a more extended production time. Product took an additional 5 business days to ship. They refused to upgrade shipping to account for these delays. If they had been honest or provided more accurate information, I could understand it- but this is really unacceptable. If you have more than a month to wait- AFTER proof approval- maybe it’s worth a deal. But not worth it in my opinion."
