I called a few times having some questions on preparing artwork, shipping, etc. and the representatives were knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Different companies have different models on artwork design/setup. Personally knowing I had a specific vision in mind and designed the artwork myself, the "included artwork design" was something I felt like I wasted money on when I didn't use the service. If that fee was waived or reduced, I would have given 5 stars on the the cost rating. I'm excited to see my product when it arrives. "
