"They redirect any blame to the suppliers. Or wrong address was on label. Or it needs to be reshipped.
I bought in May and was patient but am now tired of the run around.
I've started a claim with Amazon Pay and see how that will unfold to get my refund.

"I thought they were a legit company because they used Amazon pay. Unfortunately, they take no responsibility for their product not arriving. They were very responsive via email, but continued to tell me it was a 3rd party that was shipping the product and the arrival was out of their control (I couldn't even get a tracking number). Eventually the 3rd party seller had to reship because the product was damaged during the first shipment.
Now, I am at the end of the 14 business day waiting period (for the second shipment) and still nothing.
Their customer service is pathetic. If you pay a company that company should take responsibility, not redirect the blame. Terrible! It's companies like this that hurt other bargain websites.
If I do not receive the product in the next two business days (end of this week), I will take the necessary steps to report them to BBB and Amazon. I will do what it takes to make sure everyone is aware before making a purchase. "
"Completely disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a toy using Paypal to pay. The order never shipped, though they had no problem taking my money. I have tried calling numerous times but I can only leave a message. I have sent e-mails that are never responded to. I filed a complaint with Paypal who, though they had all the information, would not do anything to recoup my monies. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Total fraud!"
