"Ordered ink cartridges Sunday. Received Thursday. No email confirmation but prompt and exactly what I ordered. Did notice that they have a 15% restocking charge after 2 days for unopened returns. That's OK because they need to keep their prices low. Would definitely buy again if the price is right."

"I placed an order with them on Wednesday Nov. 19th to buy an expired ink cartridge. On their website they said the ink cartridge would work fine even though it was expired. I decided to try Bargins101 and their product and chose the free UPS Ground shipping method. After I placed my order I expected to receive a conformation email from them assuring me that they received my order, but I didn't. I called them the next day and spoke with someone who assured me that I would receive an email from them within 24 hours of my purchase, but that never happened. Regardless, I received the new (expired) ink cartridge on Monday Nov. 24 and couldn't be happier. Their packaging was appropriate for the merchandise they sent to me (UPS Ground) and the ink cartridge seems to be working just fine AND the delivery was right on schedule. I give these people thumbs up, but I would like to see them implement some sort of email confirmation system."
