"Something is currently amiss at Bargains Avenue. I have bought from them many times in the past, but my June 2011 order arrived in ripped packaging without an invoice. The Ben Davis pants I ordered were irregular, and it was a hassle to return them, because I had to go online to print an invoice and include $12 to reimburse for the free shipping, as well as paying $11 for return shipping. I have not received a reimbursement, and they don't return my calls or email. I am forced to take my complaint to Visa. Watch out for this company."
