"I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 from this site and my initial attempt to download and use the key that was provided to me was invalid. I called customer service and was told, "Oh yea this happens sometimes, call Adobe and they will help your our."

First of all, I did not purchase this product from Adobe I purchase it from bargainsoftwareshop.com and they are responsible for my purchase.

When I called Adobe I was told that I would have to wait on hold for 2 hours!!! Not happening so I called customer service, "Ashley" and explained to her that I was not waiting on hold for a company that I did not purchase Adobe 9from and I asked to speak to a supervisor.

While on "hold" which was her setting the phone down while I heard her mock my tone to her supervisor; she finally came back on after 10 minutes and t me the supervisor will call back.

After an hour he never called back so I called again. I was told there was nothing he could do, to give me a valid key would be costing him hundreds of dollars (after I spend over a hundred myself) He says he would contact Adobe for me and get back to me whenever.

I tried again the whole process and it did eventually work. While I am pleased with the product. This company's customer service was horrible. I will never use them again nor will i recommend them to any friends, family or co-workers."
