"HORRIBLE. They are very polite and purchasing was easy but the furniture was defective (which I didn't notice till I tried to attache the extension ring (to raise the height of the stool) about 10 months later. I notified them immediately and they have been promising for 9 months since to resolve the issue and get me a replacement but they never do. Every time I call I am told that they need to contact the manufacturer and check the status but they never get back to me. I wait about a month and then call in again only to get the exact same story. Often, I'm told that the issue must have fallen into the cracks since the employee looking after it has left. I think they might be selling factory seconds without manufacturers warranty. Check the Better Business Bureau rating for Bari, it is very poor with a large number of complaints."
