"I ordered a new battery and while at first it seemed great and lasted a long time, after only 3 months it is just the same as my old battery. It no longer holds a charge and my computer has to be plugged in at all times or it will shut down. Definitely not worth the money since it only lasted 3 months, if that. "

"We purchased a replacement battery for my laptop about 6 weeks ago. (We made SURE to purchase the exact replacement that my laptop needed). We received it, put it in, and it did not fit properly in the laptop. Sometimes the laptop would detect the battery, other times it didn't (most of the time, it didn't). Then, even though I had my control panel set on "sleep" when I closed the lid, the laptop shut itself off completely every time I closed the lid. I put the original battery back in, and all these problems went away. Anyway so we contacted Batt Pros to begin the return process. We sent numerous emails, none were answered. Finally we called, and were able to get instructions on returning the item. We followed the instructions down to the T (we wrote the RMA number all over the box and packing slip). Our tracking number says they received it 2 weeks ago - guess what? No refund, nothing. Guess it looks like we'll have to go through the credit card company. I will NEVER use this company again."
