Your request for feedback has provided me an opportunity to provide you with our not-so-wonderful experience with BattPros. We took two attempts to order a replacement battery for my son’s laptop with no success. The time between orders was due to my search for alternate solutions, but eventually, we returned to BattPros thinking that my first order might have been a fluke. This second battery was not compatible with the laptop either. Both batteries were identified as being compatible with the Lenovo T400 Think Pad laptop computer, but neither worked. After many months of not having a battery, the high school that my son attends, was able to come up with a replacement battery that worked.

If possible, I would like to return the batteries to see if I can get a refund. Can you advise on how to do this?
