I paid to have it shipped back after receiving the RMA number and still after 3 weeks have not heard anything back. I have emailed and called. "I purchased a laptop battery for my Dell 700m on 26th of September. The battery was promptly shipped and worked for about 30 days. However, it has since failed to hold a charge and I tried to contact Batt Pros to receive a RMA to return it. I submitted a RMA request on Nov. 4 but did not receive any response. I called customer service on the 9th (twice) but after holding for over 15 minutes they did not pick up the call. I submitted a second RMA request online and have heard nothing. On the 10th I called again, still no answer, so I wrote their help email address. No response.

I am very disappointed with their customer service and from what I've read below (punitsinha, posted 11/7/11) I am not the only person to be disappointed. "

"The quality of the product was spot on. I get up to five or more hours of battery life; I am very satisfied with that.

The only complaint would be with the rubber grips that are attached to the bottom of the battery, or possibly with the glue used to attach them. I'm guessing as the battery got hot from use, which it certainly does, the glue became tacky or something. Within a month, all three of the grips had fallen off of the battery and would not stay on.

A minor complaint, but something to think about. Everything else from price to quality and speed of delivery were excellent :)"

"I had ordered a laptop battery from their website, which I returned back with an RMA (RMA 57372-5003-G Issued for Order #57372 / Web Ref #42098) under their 30 day return policy. Its been a month since I have sent it (the USPS Tracking ID 9101969010383186821392 is showing that it was received on 6th of October). Since then I have tried reaching their
customer care on atleast 15 occasions besides the 3 emails which I have sent during this time period. But there is no response from them.

I had read good reviews about Battpros, but from my personal experience I can say that their Customer service has been pathetic. After receiving the battery I had recommended it to a few people, but I think it was a big mistake.

[EDIT] - Just got an email from Battpros about the refund. Not sure whether I will recommend Battpros or not, but Reseller Ratings is something I am going to recommend to everyone :-)."
