Unfortunately, within 5 months it stopped holding a charge and eventually stopped working even when the laptop was plugged. I contacted Batt Pros and they quickly replied they would ship me a new battery (once a paid to return the failed one), but not a reimbursement as it was beyond their 30-day window. This is all in accordance with their written policy. I couldn't wait around without a working laptop while shipping batteries back and forth and frankly don't trust I would get a battery that wouldn't die in another couple of months.
