"I ordered a battery online from Batt Pros. I was very happy with the price. I was happy to pay the expedited shipping ($6.50) to get it in 3 days. I did not see the free shipping when I ordered although going back and checking I did see that option. I ordered the battery for my laptop on the 19th of September and I have not received it yet. I just got off the phone with Rachel in customer service. She told me that the battery was out of stock when it was ordered and that it would be shipping out today. Today? I had to call on the 26th of September to find out that my battery would be shipping out on the same day I called to find out when the battery would come? I got no confirmation email when the battery was ordered. I received no notice that it was on back order, and no email to tell me that the item would be shipping late. Rachel did tell me (after I asked) that the shipping would be refunded. We will see if that promise holds up. I will review Batt Pros again after the battery has arrived and it's performance."
