"excellent product at a great price"

"At the moment I'm very dissatisfied, not with their service but with the product I was sold. This is a replacement laptop charger for an HP laptop, and it's supposed to be up to the factory specs of the original. I paid a little more than some cheaper online offers to get a better product.

The first charger lasted some period of weeks or months and died out suddenly. It cost me $10.50 to ship it back for a replacement.

Now I'm astounded that the replacement just completely died the second time I used it. So I'm very concerned about the product quality and I don't want to keep spending money mailing them back."

"I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BATT PROS. I ordered a battery from them which turned out to not work. I sent it back per their warranty and RMA arrangements THREE months ago and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I have emailed and called repeatedly and they will not respond to either even to acknowledge that they did or did not receive the returned product.

They were extremely quick to call me back when I ordered the battery, but are unreachable now that I have returned their product and am waiting for them to pay up.
