"This place is a scam I bought brand new battery went dead 6 months tried to return got hole run around in Woburn Massachusetts store didn’t even load test it tell me can be changed ya well I went to interstate first had my buddy check it said it was junk wouldn’t hold the load test thus joker manager chris telling me it’s great BTW treats his employees like crap yelling calling them stupid in front of the customers
So left there called Saugus store come right over I’ll swap it out if it’s no good yup no good I’ll give you a new one leave it here ill have new one Monday for you just need customer I ’d from Woburn so 7 days pass I called I said I thought you were gonna call me Monday oh I was busy come and grab it so I go over to the Saugus Store guy comes over the same battery I said the battery is dead why are you giving it back to me oh I did a test on it charged as great as it when I walked in he told me it was not good wouldn’t hold any cranking amps load went way down mind you just like the guy from Interstate told me my pal he said nope I was able to charge it up it’s holding a charge now so I now I’m aggravated even more I said you told me I was drunk well I called Chris and the Woburn store he told me he tested it and it was good so I threw it on the charger for you I said Chris never touched my battery he was treating me like I was two years old I left that’s when I came to see you so long story short and then I find out from the side of my battery that is from 2019 sold me a two year old battery in the first place so here I am the battery that I paid $160 for top of the line my bikes dead because I brought it home put it in the bike and of course the next day I went to start it up and the battery was dead 0G on hold a charge just like I said just like Interstate said just like the first Saugus battery plus kid said please please don’t waste your $$$ there they play games do not buy anything from them they won’t stand behind it I’m going to do everything I can to protest this place as much as I can people use their hard earned dollars the last thing you wanna do is get ripped off so just a heads up buyer beware I wouldn’t buy flashlight batteries from this place oh and by the way for any of you people Who had the same issue with batteries bless a little hint that the kid told me behind the counter if your battery doesn’t go in there above 10 V they automatically will deny you a new battery so even though my battery was brand new and it drained itself on its own sitting in there even when the tender went to green said charged The next day will be dead so do yourself a favor charge your battery a little bit before you go in there because like I said according to them anything below 10 V they will do a damn thing for you"
