"Item not as described and pictured on web site. Substituted a cheaper (lower power) battery that I could have gotten $2 cheaper at Walmart, with no shipping charge. After emailing them twice, Cust Svc offered to give me an RMA number, but not pay shipping, even though they made that substitution without asking. Paying to ship back and buying from somewhere else would have ended up costing about 50% more, so I'm stuck."

As of today didn't get any response to my emails about; why? it took so long to send my order(clipper battery)...That my wife needed urgently.
I thing I was patient enough on waiting for a response from anyone that work for this company. They should be fired for not doing there job of answering customer emails about problems with the living time of the shipping order from your city.
