That was not four fault, however I very explicitly asked that you include an invoice with the batteries which you did not. The reason for this is that they had to cross the border into Mexico and without an invoice they can charge a high custom duty, which they did. So, I paid for shipping, duties, and now I have batteries that I can't use and paid a lot for."
