"I ordered three items. On a positive note, they provides lots of automated emails to keep you informed, and they took the initiative to split up the order so I could get one of the items sooner. (it ended up being only one day, though). However, the second package did not contain the third item. I attempted to contact them through email and a contact form on their website, but didn't get a response within a couple of days. I then called them and without hassle they said, including in a personal confirmation email, that they would send out the missing item that day (now 10 days after the initial order). I waited patiently, but nothing came for eight days, so I called again. It was a Saturday and they weren't going to get to me, so he asked for my number and called on Monday. I wasn't at that number, so he first talked to my wife a bit and she gave him a second number that he called. I explained the situation (it was the same guy I had first spoken to), and this time the item was sent out the following day."

"They advertised Lenmar DLCE6 batteries in stock but never shipped. When I called I got an e-mail a couple days later saying the batteries were recalled but there is no information anywhere confirming this. They had already charged my account even though they did not have the merchandise to ship.

10/15/09: On 10/14/09 I received an E-mail from the merchant upset over my negative feedback and inviting me to contact Lenmar. However, I had already contacted Lenmar which categorically denied any recall although they did say the particular line of battery was in a backorder situation and would not arrive in the U.S. until January. At the merchant's request, Lenmar called me on 10/15/09 and said that there was a quality control problem with the lot of batteries they received and the lot was returned to the manufacturer so if the merchant said it was a "recall" it was likely a miscommunication as the batteries were never shipped out from Lenmar."
