"Had a previous good experience with Battery Junction so bought hearing aid batteries and paid for them May 4. They reported it was sent to my correct Canadian address May 7, estimated arrival 4-14 days. Sent to incorrect US address. Finally arrived in Canada June 3, delivered June 6, 33 days after purchase. I suggested that they send me 4 AAA batteries as compensation. Refused. A well earned 1 star review for lousy service."
“We are obviously very disappointed with the review. The order was placed on Saturday May 4th and shipped out on Monday May 7th. The order returned to us on 5/20. After working with the USPS, we learned it was returned in error; they thought the package contained lithium. We reshipped the order at no cost to the customer. Yes, it took far too long to get to you but it was an error with the USPS. Our sincere apologies for the delay.”

"Ordered some batteries and chargers from them, and the batteries only measured half the rated capacity, and their site makes it hard to leave reviews to warn others, and you have to pay return postage and a 15% restocking fee. And they also don't seem to really know about their products (e.g. which chargers can actually measure capacity)."
"Always relied on Battery Junction for my battery needs and discovered a change in customer service when their server had a brain fart and shipped to the wrong address.
I updated my shipping and billing address before shopping. Went to cart and reviewed everything was right and purchased.
Discovered the order still went to my old address when I received the confirmation email. No biggie, I'll call Monday when they open.
Well to my disappointment, I was instructed to call the Post Master and see if they can redivert the package because it already shipped out. So now it's my fault and need to chase down the package? No "Sorry about that, we'll send out another to the right address".
Nope. More like "I spoke to those above me and the consensus is: you need to get it back to us so we can ship it to you".
This was only a small sample order, about $11 with shipping. But all I can say is "Keep the change". "

"I have purchased from Battery Junction for years for our business. The guy that handled the wholesale account is no longer with the company. The lady I spoke to that emailed me back when I sent the regular guy the email gave me same pricing or more than the retail pricing. I then called. She was not helpful. She said no free shipping however the retail gets free shipping and cheaper pricing?? Make that make sense. It states for wholesale extremely low prices and will work with you for orders. Yeah what a joke. They need to take that off it is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I am not happy at all with this company. Had to purchase on the retail side and even pay taxes when I shouldn't be doing that. "
"Everything was in stock until after the order was placed on December 3rd. Then I was notified that 4 of the 5 items I ordered were out of stock but were supposed to be back in stock the following day. 12 days later the first notice that I had to pay again for the out of stock items. I spoke with customer service, and the problems were supposedly resolved. Then another need to pay again notice and another conversation with customer service including that I was deploying and what should have been delivered hadn't even shipped yet. 4 days later they claim to have shipped the order. As of today, I am told that the order will arrive on the 28th - they think. Too little, way too late. Any competent retailer would have had the order delivered long before now.
I should have checked the reviews on Battery Junction before ordering. Never Again!"

I stumbled upon Battery Junction after a Google search, and was very pleased with the brand options, types of batteries, quantity available, and especially the price! I purchased a case of 620 AA Energizer Max batteries and not only did they arrived QUICKLY, but they were well packaged in a very sturdy box. The case was also about 2 cents cheaper per battery than other chain/competitor prices. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and plan on using Battery Junction for all of our battery needs in the future. "
