" TERRIBLE! We purchased 4 batteries for our UPS systems and they arrived and did not work. Tried to email Battery Sharks and got a email failure notice. Called them and was told I had to test voltage, I had to provide proof that that batteries didn't work. I could send the batteries back at MY expense, and they would test them????? They should have worked when they arrived, but according to Battery Sharks *I* must have hooked them up incorrectly. Everything is my fault according to them. The fault on my part was using them in the first place and I would advise anyone who doesn't want frustration and wasted time as well as non functitoning batteries to purchase elsewhere."

I understand your frustration although we need to acknowledge whether the problem is with the batteries (establish the number of defective items as well) or your device. According to the provided information, 2 out of 4 batteries were claimed to be non-working. It is very rare that both 2 batteries are defective. Sometimes, there could be a manufacturing defect with a dead cell in the battery. In order to verify whether where the problem is and check the number of defective batteries, our customer service representative asked for voltage meter readings which is a standard procedure for testing batteries. I am sorry for the inconvenient situation again. We aim to resolve situations like yours in an honest and time effective way, this is why you were offered to ship them back to our facility.
