"Basically I'm satisfied. The amazing part of the service was the ship time. It was shipped the same day I placed the order and I recieved it a few days later (2 days?) and this was not a special rush order. The actual replacement batteries for my UPS were about 1/3 of the list price of the part from the vendor. One confusing thing -- the website listed two different batteries (with slightly different amp-hour ratings) for my UPS. By this I mean -- if you search for the UPS model you got one, and for the original vendor replacement part another. The replacement part result gave a higher amp-hour rating so I ordered that. So yes... when my next UPS fails I'll order again from here probably. By the way -- only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the part confusion I mentioned above (otherwise really 5* results)."
