"My overall experience was very good, even though I got my purchase delivered 5 days late. I thought their website was very easy to use and they were very responsive when I notified them about not getting my product on time- even though the shipper stated that it was delivered to me. They immediately shipped me another product which came within 3 days, two days after the original arrived. For my inconvenience they let me keep the second shipment. I don't think they could have done anything more and I would definitely use them again."
