"Ordered two batteries for my Ultra Stinger flashlights. The documentation with the batteries instructs you to use up the battery life before re-charging to prevent developing a false memory. Unfortunately, if you let the battery run out completely, it is unusable...dead...and can't be re-charged.

To be honest, the instructions warn you about this, but it's difficult to sit around while the battery runs out over a 3 hour period. I left the flashlight on and promptly was called out on a service call and forgot it was still on. So I'm out one battery and cannot in good faith ask BatterySpace for a refund. I would have hoped that the instructions emphasize this more.

"Product was fine, BUT shipping was too high to me at least. you don't offer USPS only UPS, and you could have gotten my order in a $5 priority box, (I would have forgone the cheap battery charger included in the deal, and ordered 3 batteries instead) it would have been here in 3-4 days as it is it sat in Nevada from friday till Monday night, UPS worked the holiday, so only the weekend should have been no movement. It took 7-8days to get here not very good delivery service, and I paid $14 where I could have paid $5-12 and gotten it here quicker. You need to re-think your delivery methods and offer USPS. Also after I had ordered realized that you are All Battery on "Ebay" and I bought a set of 7.2 4200 mah batteries from you on there that after one use they went bad and I did not discover for several weeks, and you wouldn't stand behind them. Good thing I have a genius in electronics, that was able to tell me how to possibly snap them back into service which it did saving me $49. I wasn't happy then, and un-happy over your delivery service this time. I would have ordered elsewhere but the 6 little JST connectors I ordered the other co. did not have making me use Battery Zone. I would like to order more of the 9.6 2200 mah batteries but am hesitant because of shipping. Jerry"
