"I ordered from this place on 7/28/2012, this is 8/20/2012. No battery yet. No answer to several emails. I do not remember seeing anything anywhere on their sight or during the checkout process to indicate that it wasn't a U.S. company. Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT order anything from this scam sight. I found out the hard way, you don't have to! P.S. "I ordered a battery charger for a Kodak CX7530 camera battery from the "Batterystore.org.uk" website. The wrong charger was delivered. Nevertheless Batterystore has insisted that in order to obtain a refund I must pay the return postage - to an address in China! This is annoying AND bizarre, because the website gives the seller's address as Scotland."

"at no point during my order process did they state my goods were actually being sent from hong kong, after I get the 'goods dispatched' email there's a 'sent from hong kong' and after some searching they say "our stock is in the UK or in HK" prices are good, I should have realised too good for a UK company, I would be surprised if they have any UK warehouse at all and are not just a front for a HK company , order if you have plenty of time for the delivery (5-10day estimated but from HK deliveies in the past thats a guidline they can take upto 20-30 days)"
