"I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service and communication. Website lists erroneous information for battery applicability. Got wrong battery because of that, they made no apology, just excuses. Had to pay shipping to return it, then they never issued a credit. Had to file Paypal complaint.
Their attitude toward customers is that it's a privilege to do business with them that customers need to earn. Get a wrong battery? Too bad, your fault.

"Ordered 4 Intermec CN70 replacement batteries on 5/21 primarily because of the 'FAST 1-2 Day Shipping to Most US Customers' banner-sticky on their website. Battery item page shows "Usually ships in 1-2 business days for this item" - charge hit my credit card immediately upon purchase.
Sent an email on 5/23 requesting a tracking number and the response from Chad was "Your order is being processed and will be shipping in the next few business days".
Sent an email on 6/4 explaining that this delay is absolutely unacceptable and threatened to cancel if we cannot get a HARD date on when we will receive it. Chad replies: "Your order is currently in transit to our distribution center and will be shipping tomorrow."
Sent an email on 6/12 asking for the status of the order. Chad replies: "Unfortunately the shipment with your order on it had been delayed by customs. Your order has arrived at our distribution center today and will be shipping this afternoon."
Sent an email today (6/18) demanding that this order be canceled and refunded. Within 30 minutes I received a cancellation notice and a charged-back was allegedly issued - we'll see).
STAY AWAY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Do NOT order from this company. In all of our email exchanges, not only were we promised ship dates over and over, but also when the deadline for these ship dates expired, an explanation is never communicated. Not even ONE apology was forthcoming."
