"It was pretty good. Web site was easy to use and shipping was fast. Just found the shipping choices confusing. Because we have no home delivery, out mail goes to a PO Box. It looked to me like my shipping choice was by courier so I gave my street address. then the shipping notification arrived saying it was being sent Canada Post. Thankfully, we live in a small town and they were able to find our PO Box to deliver the battery. I did email BattDepot about my concerns but did not receive a reply."
