"Not good at all: before I drove to the local to pick up the battery, I have a chat with a lady asking if I could drop the used battery there and she said yes. When I arrive to pick the battery I was notified that I should go to Dr. Battery but there was a minimum wait time of 3 hours. I didn't find this info nowhere in the site and when I told that to the person on the phone line, they didn't listen: they said it's clear on the web site. When returning later to pick up the battery, I couldn't drop the battery: they said I need to fill a form because they didn't know me (?!?). Also, he couldn't find my order. When I was leaving, fortunately he found the order. In essence, it is not organized at all. "

"I desperately needed a spare battery for my MacBook Series 2009. I did not have the money to buy a genuine batterie from Apple. So I browsed on the web. After reading the rather positive references about BattDepot on Reseller Ratings web site, I favored a deal with them than with some of their competitors (some of which have a pretty bad reputation). Despite several warnings from other buyers about the fact that the color of the battery would not be the same white as my laptop, the lifetime of the charge would be less than the genuine battery and that the battery fit would not be perfect, I still chose to do business with them, whereas they would say that the product still delivered a good performance and that the company gave great service. The price was also a decisive factor (less than $ 50 ...) my choice became easy to make. So I proceeded with my purchase online very quickly and securely on BattDepot's web site. I chose a ground delivery between 5-8 days (the cheapest available) and I did not base too much expectation on the product, thinking that if it could only "work", I would be happy. Well, less than 48hrs later, the package arrived at my door, brand new, in original packaging. The battery fits PERFECTLY in its place. No gap. The color is identical, despite three years of use from my Mac. Very surprising. Upon insertion, the battery showed 100%. I let it load 24hrs anyway as a precaution. I did the test the next day, the battery holds its charge for 3 hours! Better than my original battery never did! It's been a week now, and I am still very happy. I am really impressed by this product and my overall experience with BattDepot (especially considering the price paid). I recommend everyone to do business with them, with no worries."
