"The website was great. However I am not sure how to ensure of my 2 year warranty. Second my first uses of the battery are not great. After the initial charge, the battery barely lasted 70 minutes. My previous battery lasted at least 2 hours on a full charge. I am getting the feeling this is not a new battery and just a reconditioned one."

"The BattDepot's website was friendly and offered help on what I was looking for giving options of the different models and giving you also the original part numbers whereby you can check and make double sure you are buying the right thing. The last time I bought something from them it was delivered much faster than I expected. The only problems I had was printing the order, the whole page gets printed together with the ads. The whole order is not printed unless you go and shrink it in your printer settings before you please print it. And one more thing I searched other websites for the same items and found their items much cheaper than what others were quoting.

I know in my state Fl if a merchant claims they sell high quality merchandise and they send you a defective product the seller not the consumer pays for shipping back to place of origin for testing. Now look over this is how greedy they look over a $17.00 they are going to get bad write ups on every place I can find not because of the $17.00 it is the principle of the matter I will also forward this on to my legal rep to see if we have any legal action that we can take anyone in fl that got taken to e-mail me ****@**** PS BattDepot please do not leave a butt kissing post it just make me madder
