"Received my laptop battery and it worked for the first charge only. Now laptop will not charge the battery. My laptop is still able to charge the old battery so the problem isn`t with my laptop. Sent an email 8 days ago and left a voice message 5 days ago. No reply!!! Worst customer service I have experienced, EVER."
