Firstly, my shipment came earlier than expected, right to my door, at a very reasonable shipping cost. (It appeared to me that I was bumped up to Next Day service, when I never actually requested Next Day delivery.) This high level of service is unusual when shopping on-line in Canada, where I'm located. (No cross border shipping, brokerage, tax or currency issues to deal with either.)
Secondly, I a1so found the correct laptop battery I needed, based on the OEM part number and/or laptop model number, much quicker than other sites. (Some sites never listed my HP laptop model at all.)
Thirdly, I was also offered a choice of battery technologies/expected battery lifecycle(s), when shopping, which I liked.
This was one of the best on-line shopping experiences I have ever had. Really!
