"the online ordering was very simple and the delivery was very quick. i ordered on a friday and was at my door the following Monday. great service on that part. the battery itself i have some issues with but i thinks its the actual laptop at the moment. i'm still working on the issues. the service techs are not helpfull when you email them, very slow at responding or replying back to you."

"Worst Experience ever, I ordered my replacement battery and listed my laptop make and model number. Battery was shipped, did not fit, no biggie, I would send it back. Then I have to make my case, they want pictures, so I send them, then more pictures, which I did again. Then they proceeded to tell me that it was the right battery as per Gateway. I then sent my original purchase bill from Future Shop clearly showing it was a M320. I don't know why but it doesn't fit and of course it is my fault. STAY AWAY!"
