"I purchased a laptop adapter and battery for my Dell laptop on November 10 and selected the overnight shipping option both items showed in stock.
I never heard from the company till November 14 with an excuse that one of the products where in fact out of stock. I asked for a break on the overnight shipping that I asked for on the 10th and all I got back was do you want to continue with the order or cancel?
Not impressed with the level of customer service that I received considering I paid for overnight delivery of products that showed in stock and I just received them today November 16.
I see all the positive reviews and wonder how a company with that many satisfied customers missed the boat this one time.
Not a satisfied customer with the service just glad I got what I needed to get my laptop running again."
