" Acquisition and purchase went remarkably well for me living in the Vancouver area.
On line I found the battery I needed immediately, and the generic descriptions of battery paraphenalia in what to look for, were very straight forward and useful.
in placing my order I was stunned to find the depot was just down the street from where I work.
I was able able to put the order through late in the night and pick it up later the same day.
The package was waiting for me , you can't beat that .
So far I have recycled to the full charge three times and getting longer durations of operating power.

Needless to say I am very pleased to join the computer age.

I initially ordered the wrong replacement battery for my laptop and they were very good about telling me which one I really needed, taking back the incorrect one and refunding the money for it. My money was refunded within 10 days of Batt Depot receiving the battery.

Emailed queries from me were answered within 24 hours.

I have one suggestion for Batt Depot: When I initially Googled replacement batteries for Lenovo R61 laptops, their site directed me to a page on their site which showed only one type of battery. This turned out to be the incorrect one in my case because I had the wide-screen R61. The web page did not state that Batt Depot carried more than one type of battery for the R61.If it had it is likely that I would have ordered the correct one straigt up. Perhaps a tweaking of your website to include ALL batteries for a given product may be useful.

Apart from this - and I probably should have looked around on the site a bit more, Batt Depot provided excellent service and value for money.
