"The policies of this company is ridiculous when it comes to returning an error product provided by BattDepot. I ordered a battery for my Minolta camera - after sending them pictures of the battery and even the camera battery receptacle. I was told by the customer service that the battery and AC adapter I was to purchase was in stock. However, when I asked to purchase it with the customer service person he told me I must do online and he gave the product numbers. The products arrived and they were for a Canon camera. I immediately notified them about their mistake. It was totally their error yet they refused to pay for the shipping charges "send or return." They refused to send a refund for product and shipping even though it was their error. I lost about $30 dollars in shipping charges. I pointed out that the online policy does not state anything about shipping charges to and from not being refundable. I think what this company does is on "verge of fraudulence." Beware of this company. I will not recommend them to anyone. "

"Battdepot had almost every battery there exists and i founf the one that i needed almost instantly. Just had to check my model number for my laptop. Also, the shipping was very fast. The estimated time was betweeen 3 - 7 days and i recieved my batter on just the 3rd day. I've been using the battery and its working perfectly. Only con is, the shipping does cost you a minimum of $15."

"DONT BUY from these guys unless you live next door. Everything appears to be rosy until you have a problem with something. Just try and send it back. I have tried to RMA 2 item on 2 separate occasions and the first one was returned (after more than a month) with an email stating that the item was fine and was returned to me. It was not fine but I let it slide.I liked these guys relatively fast shipping even though its expensive if you don't spend enough to get free shipping. Second time was yesterday.Again after a month of waiting after returning a faulty Laptop adapter I received this literate reply:

Regarding to the RMA B14757, there is missing our warranty label and also product label on the returned AC adapter, therefore, it cannot be determined whether it is our product or not, and we have to return this AC adapter to you. Please inform us whether you would like us to ship this adapter back to you.

Granted I am a little hot right now and I answered their question with a suggestion that they "**** themselves dry" but c'mon.... "cannot be determined whether it is our product or not"?? Really? Ridiculous.
I am a reseller and their atrocious customer support has left me more than a little sour. After purchasing several (more than a dozen) adapters and batteries I informed them we are done doing business.
There are many alternative battery, adapter vendors. I suggest you pick any other one but these fools.Trying to talk to anyone there on the phone is also an exercise in frustration.....unless you speak Mandarin....
