"This company completely screws people. I needed a new battery for my mac and all reviews looked very good. I ordered it with express shipping to get it faster. They claim that they test every battery 3 times before they ship. I relieved an defective battery that wouldn't charge. I got an RMA and had to ship the Brand new Battery (they claim) back on my dime. They claim that once they receive the item back it will be exchanged in 2-4 days (Not To Bad). Once they received the item back it took over a week to send a replacement back. Since I paid extra for express shipping and they sent a defective battery I would think they would send it back the same method NOPE they shipped the item ground and will not refund the shipping. They told me I didn't need it Express.

I order this item on 11/27 and didn't even get this by Christmas which was now ruined.
