"I ordered a cell phone battery from them in August 2004. Never received it despite 4 follow up phone calls and 2 email messages. Once, their answering machine was full."

"Purchased cell phone antenna to boost signal in house. Worked extensively with manufacturer (Wilson Electronics) determining existing signal strengths and application of their antenna. They indicated their product would not enhance signal and suggested returning product. Antenna returned to Battery Outlet on October 8; nearly three weeks later AND THREE faxes to Battery Outlet have failed to generate refund to my MasterCard!"

"Do not buy anything from this merchant. They sent me a dead battery and are trying to claim that this battery is not the one they sent me. I just wasted $33 plus shipping by dealing with these scam artist. Learn by my mistake. Dont use them!"
