"Do not order from this company. They have items mismarked in size and when you send it back due to their error, they make you pay the shipping and they don't give you an exchange. When you have a discount coupon, they refund what you paid for the item - but just 1 day later you try to reorder the same item they messed up and they charge you full price - without the discount you had when you placed the order.

"I ordered two dog hoodies for my Boston Terrier and immediately had a problem. The order came for 2 each.The hoodies didn't come close to fitting my dog, even though I measured him using their sizing guide. I was able to return the items, but I had to pay shipping for the items to come to me in the first pace and shipping back. I think their customer service and return policy stinks. The merchandise was fine, but beware if there is a problem and you have to return your order."

"I stumbled upon this site when I was looking at dog sweaters by a company called Petrageous. I ended up not purchasing sweaters but did get three lovely coats for my 50 lb. Pit Bull Terrier. The three items were a parka, a general dog coat and a bright orange rain coat. The pricing was excellent, the site was fun and easy to navigate. They run specials and promotions all the time. This is a merchant that I will recommend to others and will most likely shop again myself.

Update November 2012 I must say, this is a good company but the prices are really much higher on the same items I see on other websites. They will constantly offer big percentages off but when you can do that, the prices are too high to begin with. Try www.fidopaw.com for similar things."
